- privacy@legal-buddy.co.za — POPIA / NDPA requests, data export, and data correction. For data deletion specifically, use the self-service flow at /data-deletion.
- safety@legal-buddy.co.za — for concerns about platform safety, conduct of a matched lawyer, or any abuse-related issue. We treat these as urgent.
- press@legal-buddy.co.za — media, interview, and research-collaboration enquiries.

- Have a legal question? Start in the chat with Zara. She's available 24/7 and most questions get a useful first answer immediately.
- Already have a case and want a lawyer?Use the chat — Zara will gather the details and we'll match you.
- Need to delete your data? Use /data-deletion for the self-service flow; we action requests within seven days.
One thing we cannot do over email
Give legal advice on your specific matter. We're happy to answer general questions about Legal Buddy itself — but if you need advice on a case, the right path is to use the chat so we can match you with a lawyer who can properly evaluate your situation.
